Anyone interested in becoming a full time, part time, or even a one time bird dog will receive $1000 for each property in California they bring to us and we purchase, and $500 for each property outside California they bring to us and we purchase. This is a great opportunity for postal workers, garbage men, landscapers, utilities workmen, delivery people, basically anyone who is on the road for work or even fun. Also, our business plans allows us to give 10% of all our profits to charity, so you'll not only be helping us and yourself, but you will also be helping one of our deserving charities.

We will need the property address (city, state, and zip code), possible owner contact info (for better results), reason why the property caught your eye, and your contact information so we can pay you $1000. No Realtors signs please. We close in 7 days, so the faster we can contact the owner and get a deal the faster you get paid!
